Importing Custom Fonts

You can import additional .ttf or .otf font files:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Import Font.
  3. Pick the font file from the file browser.

Imported fonts are registered automatically and appear in the font list right away.

For best results, use Nerd Font Mono variants — these include the full set of powerline symbols, devicons, and other glyphs that command-line tools expect.

Nerd Font Icons

All bundled fonts are Nerd Font Mono variants, which means they include thousands of extra glyphs:

  • Powerline symbols — status line separators and arrows used by tools like starship, oh-my-zsh, and powerlevel10k.
  • Devicons — file type and language icons shown by tools like lsd, exa, and NERDTree.
  • Octicons, Font Awesome, Material Design — commonly used in terminal prompts and dashboards.

These icons render at the correct width in the terminal grid with no configuration needed.
